Event "Log"

Would be great to have a "Log" tab for each day which could be a place that might track changes made by individual users, or a place that someone can go and enter in a custom entry, for example "3/7 10am: Called promoter to advance, left a voicemail".  Or an automatic entry could be - "3/14 12:31pm: John Doe updated hotel information"
