Guest Allotment should appear on the Guest List

When you enter the Guest List Alotment in Facilities, it should appear on the Guest List section so you know how many guests are available as folks add them. Infact - that should be where it get's entered in the first place - it is a function of the guest list - not the facility... although it changes from venue to venue.

  Hey all,

  Master Tour 3 allows you to set allotments for your tickets and passes in the Guest List section - just enter your allotments in the "Num Allowed" line at the bottom of your Guest List section, and you can see how many of each ticket or pass type are remaining against your allotment.

  I can't see that no one else isn't having a problem with this.
  
  There is a field in \"facilities\" called \"Guest List Allotment\"
  
  This number should appear on the guest list page.
  
  It should also control how many guests can be entered by band/crew.
  
  If the limit has been hit - then you shpuldn\'t be able to request guest.

  Definitely. Other users should be able to see the total number of other guests approved and pending, and the maximum guests. Maximum guests doesn't have to prevent requests, but it should at least alert that a request is likely to fail if it would go over the max.
