Auto sync zip code to a time zone

Upon adding a hotel or venue into the program, that record's zip code should sync up with the time zone (and vice versa in the case a time zone hasn't been added)

  This is now included in Master Tour 3! Any Venue you add to a Tour Date will automatically fill in the Day Zip Code and Time Zone, and if you add a Hotel to a Tour Date that does not have a Venue/Event, the Tour Date's Zip Code and Time Zone will automatically be filled in from the Hotel record.

  does this only work in the USA? I cant seem to get it to work with EURO dates.... any helo welcomed!
