Adding Contacts by Importing Information

 Is there a way to send a sheet (like a google doc) that asks people to fill in their contact info and it populates the contact directory?

  Hey all,

  You can now use Profile Sharing for your Users to share info with an Organization: https://support.eventric.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019617532-Sharing-Crew-Profile-Info-With-Your-Tour

  Each User can update and maintain their own info, and can share that info with Organizations they've been added to!

  Yes! I have 10 year of contacts in another program. I would like to switch over but don't have the man power to re-input all those contacts in by hand. The only reason we haven't switched.

  Hey Courtney,

  If you are using a contact program that can export in vCard, you can import all of those contacts into Master Tour: https://eventric.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/200541730

  If you have all your contacts in a spreadsheet format, we do not have a way for you to import that info unfortunately.
