If your Professional Subscription is in a Suspended state, you can reactivate it within the Web Portal. Once your Professional Subscription has been reactivated, you will be able to use Master Tour 3, my.eventric.com, and Master Tour Mobile.
How To Reactivate Your Professional Subscription
Click here to login and access the Subscription & Billing section of the Web Portal at my.eventric.com.
If you do not remember your password, click here for instructions on how to reset it.
Next, choose the frequency of your subscription by selecting the appropriate box.
Next, add your information and update your subscription.
- Update your Billing Information.
- Update your Credit Card Information.
- Click the Update Subscription button.
You will then see a confirmation message letting you know that your subscription has updated.
