You can transfer a User's billing to that User, using the Subscription & Billing module in Master Tour 3 and the Web Portal.

How to Remove a User from Your Billing in the Web Portal
Click here to login and access the Subscription & Billing section of the Web Portal.
Next, select the Edit button for the User that you would like to remove from your Billing.
On the next page, select User pays for their own subscription.
Next, click on the Update Permissions button.
You will then see a confirmation message that your User was updated.
How to Remove a User from Your Billing in Master Tour 3
- Click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner of the application.
- Choose Subscription & Billing from the dropdown menu.
Next, scroll down, click on the Trash button, and select Remove in the Users Billed to My Account section.
You will then see a notification that the User was removed from your Billing.
