Downgrading allows you to change a User account from a paid Professional subscription to a free Mobile subscription.

Downgrade Users on Your Billing in the Web Portal
Click here to login and access the Subscription & Billing section of the my.eventric.com
Next, select the Edit button for the user that you would like to downgrade.
On the next page:
- Select Mobile (Free) in the Subscription Level dropdown.
- Make any adjustments to the Organization Permissions for the User. For information about Organization Permissions click here.
- Click on the Update Permissions button.
You will then see a confirmation message that the subscription was updated.
How to Downgrade Users on Your Billing in Master Tour
- Click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner of the application.
- Choose Subscription & Billing from the dropdown menu.
Next, scroll down and:
- Select Mobile in the Subscription Level column for the User that you would like to downgrade.
- Click on the Update Subscription button.
You will then see a confirmation message that the subscription was updated.
