Master Tour allows you to manage and pay for your User's subscriptions by using the Subscriptions & Billing module in Master Tour 3 and the my.eventric.com
If you have paid for Master Tour Annually and need to add a User to your Billing, please reach out to our Billing Team for assistance at +1-773-862-4246 ext. 3 or by email at billing@eventric.com.
Note: You will not be able to add a User to your Billing if that User is already paying for the Subscription of other users. In this case, please reach out to that subscriber so that they can remove users from their Billing. Once they have removed any users form their Billing, you will be able to add them to your Billing. Add a New User To Your Billing in the my.eventric.com
If the person that you are adding does not have a Master Tour account, please follow these instructions. If they already have a Master Tour account, please follow the instructions here.
Click here to login and access the My Users section of the my.eventric.com
Next, click the Add New User button in the upper right of the page.
On the next page
- Enter the Email Address of the User you would like to pay for in the Email Address field.
- Click on the Continue button.
On the Add New User page:
- Complete all fields and select all checkboxes in the Subscription Details section.
- Leave the Bill this subscription to my account option selected in Billing Details.
- Select the Subscription Level from the Subscription Details dropdown.
- Click on the Create Subscription button.
You will then be directed to a page that allows you to set the User's Permissions across your Organizations. For information about Organization Permissions click here.
- Select the Permission level for any Organizations that you are adding the User to.
- Click on the Update Permissions button.
You will then see a confirmation message stating that the User was updated and added to your Billing.
To view your updated billing information and the next billing date, please follow the instructions below.
- Click into your Name in the upper right of the page.
- Select Subscription & Billing from the dropdown menu.
- You can then view information such as your Bill Total and Renewal Date.
How to Add a New User to Your Billing in Master Tour 3
If the person that you are adding does not have a Master Tour account, please follow these instructions. If they already have a Master Tour account, please follow the instructions here.
In Master Tour 3, select the Organization that you would like to add a new user to your billing in.
- Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu.
- Select an Organization.
- Select a Tour if there are any Tours added to the Organization.
- Click on the Gear Icon to the right of your Tour Name at the top of the application.
- Click into the Users Section within Organization Settings in the left menu.
- Click on the Add button in the upper right corner of the application.
Next, you will be directed to the Search for User screen.
- Enter the Email Address of the User you would like to pay for in the Email Address field.
- Click on the Search button.
Next, you will be directed to the "Add New User" page.
- Add the Name and Information for the User. Note that fields with an asterisk (*) in their name are required.
- Leave Bill my account for this user set to Yes.
- Choose the Subscription Type.
- Select the Organization Permission level for the User. For information about Organization Permissions, click here.
- Click the Add button.
You will then see the New User in your list of Users.
To view your updated billing information and the next billing date, please follow the instructions below.
- Click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner of the application.
- Choose Subscription & Billing from the dropdown menu.
Next, scroll down to view information such as your Total and Subscription Renewal Date.
How to Add an Existing User to Your Billing in the my.eventric.com
If the person that you are adding already has a Master Tour account, please follow these instructions. If they do not yet have a Master Tour account, please follow the instructions here.

Next, click the Add New User button in the upper right of the page.

- Enter the Email Address of the User you would like to pay for in the Email Address field.

- Select Bill this subscription to my account in the Billing section.
- Select the Subscription Level from the dropdown menu.

How to Add an Existing User to Your Billing in Master Tour 3

- Click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner of the application.
- Choose Subscription & Billing from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down the page to the Users Billed to My Account section.
- Enter the email address of the User in the Bill user to My Account field.
- Click on the + button.
You will then see a confirmation message that the User was added to your Billing.
Next, check to make sure that the User is set to the correct Subscription Level. If you need to change the Subscription Level, please follow these instructions.
- Select the Subscription Level.
- Click on the Update Subscription button.
You will then see a notification that your Subscription has been updated. You will also be able to see information such as your Total and Subscription Renewal Date.
