Master Tour Mobile allows you to Manage Guests on the Guest List for each Tour Date and Event.
Note: You will need Guest List Manage All, Manager, Accounting, or Administrator Organization Permissions in order to use this functionality. Guest List View All And Submit and Guest List Submit users are able to edit and delete their own New status Guest List Requests, but cannot make any other changes to existing Guest List Requests. Locate the Guest List
Locate the Guest List by selecting the desired Tour and Date, selecting the Event tab, then tapping the Guest List button.
Approve, Deny and Change Guest List Requests and Entries
You'll be able to see all the guests on the guest list and make approvals/denials/changes to guest list requests from Master Tour Mobile.
You can view and edit all guest list requests for that date by tapping on requests - so you can approve/decline guest list requests on the go, and edit all other aspects of the guest request, including notes, pickup, and pass types.
