Is the Master Tour Mobile app free?
Yes!
What do I need to view info on the Master Tour Mobile app?
You'll need at least a Mobile (free) subscription and at least Mobile Access permissions. If you're unsure if you have a user account that's added to an Organization to view tour info, check with your tour manager or another Admin to make sure that they've added you to the right Organization with the same email address that you're using.
What do I need to add/edit info on the Master Tour Mobile app?
If you have a Mobile (free) subscription and Guest List permissions, you can submit guest listings through the Master Tour Mobile app. If you have Guest List Manage All or higher permissions, you also will be able to view all guest listings and edit them. However, you cannot add/edit any Schedule or Notes info with just a Mobile (free) account.
To add/edit Schedule and Notes, you need a Professional subscription and Manager or greater permissions to the Organization where you want to edit this info.
Why Is Master Tour Mobile Asking Me For Notification And Location Permissions?
Master Tour uses many features that are location-based, such as Local Tagging and Routing.
Notifications are requested because tour managers can choose to send custom push notifications to your phone to notify mobile users of any changes or news.
What If I Don't Know My Password?
If a Master Tour Administrator has invited you, you can find your temporary password via your email by searching for info@eventric.com as the sender and the subject line as "Welcome to Master Tour."
