Unlinking Your Account From Another User's Billing (Web Portal)
If you are a Professional user who has already been paid by another user through an annual payment, contact email@example.com to unlink your billing.
In the case that you are needing to be added to another user's billing but cannot due to a current payer attached to your account, you can use our web portal to remove yourself from their payment.
Navigate over to My Subscription and proceed to log in with your Master Tour email and password. Once logged in, proceed to check in the box that reads Unlink parent billing and pay for my own subscription.
To lock in your changes, click on the Update Subscription button at the bottom.
If you will be paying for your own subscription, proceed to enter your CC information and then click on the Update Subscription button below.
Unlinking Your Account From Another User's Billing (Desktop App)
If you're needing to unlink your billing from another user that's paying for your account on the Master Tour desktop application, log in with your email and password and then click on your profile icon at the top right of your window. Then, click on Subscription & Billing.
From here, click on the UNLINK option presented.
You will then receive a confirmation to make your changes. Click YES to confirm.
