Suspending allows you to cancel any future billing while retaining your paid Professional subscription until your current billing period ends. Your tour details will remain intact when you suspend. Note: These instructions will suspend all Professional Subscriptions that you are paying for, including your own. Click here to login and access the Subscription & Billing section of the Web Portal.
Next, delete your card number from the Card Number field on the right side of the page.
Next, click the Update Subscription button at the bottom of the form to save your changes.
You will then see a confirmation message letting you know that your subscription is updated.
How to Suspend Your Subscription via Master Tour 3
- Click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner of the application.
- Choose Subscription & Billing from the dropdown menu.
Next, delete your card number from the Card Number field.
Next, scroll down and click on the Update Subscription button to save your changes.
You will then see a confirmation message letting you know that your subscription is updated.
