Master Tour Mobile allows you to download Attachments. Note: Attachments are not stored in the Master Tour Mobile app on your device, so they are only accessible when connected to the internet. Attachments can be downloaded from Master Tour Mobile to your phone's file directory or a cloud-based storage services for offline viewing. Currently, there is not a way to upload attachments to Master Tour Mobile.

Locate The Attachments Section
To view Attachments on Master Tour Mobile, select your Tour, then on your Tour Date with Attachments. After tapping on your date, you will be directly brought to the date's Schedule. From here, tap on Attachments.
Here you will see the uploaded attachments for your date.
To find Attachments related to Accounting, tap on the Accounting header. Note: Accounting attachments are only visible to users with either Admin or Accounting permissions on your organization(s). Click here to learn about Organization Permissions.
Save Attachments on iOS Devices
To save your Attachment, tap on the file from within Master Tour Mobile then tap on the export/share arrow at the top right. Here you will see the option to save it to your cloud-based storage service(s) as well as your phone's offline files.
Save Attachments on Android Devices
To save your attachment, tap on the file from within Master Tour Mobile then tap on the bottom left share icon.
Once tapped, you will see your options for direct sharing or saving onto your cloud-based storage service(s).
Understand Attachment Visibility
Visibility allows Master Tour Professional users to control who can access and view Attachments.
Mobile users will be able to see Attachments are assigned to them through Visibility as well as any Attachments without Visibility applied.
Users with Admin, Manager, or Accounting permissions will be able to see all Attachments regardless of Visibility being applied.
