Use Master Tour's Accounting functionality to account for Settlements, Non-Settlement Expenses, and Income for Tour Dates with Events.

Locate the Accounting Section
Note: To access your date's accounting section you'll need Accounting or Admin permissions to the Organization in which you're working. Click here to learn about Organization Permissions.
Click on Accounting on the left-hand side.
To open up your Settlement section, click on Settlement tab at the top-left.
In your Settlement section, you can enter statistics on your ticket sales with your amount to pot at the bottom. Scrolling down you can now find fields on the guarantee, production reimbursements and more.
Use Non-Settlement Expenses/Incomes
To access your Non-Settlement Expenses/Incomes, click on "Line Items" on the top-left.
Note: Line items do not contribute to the settlement section - they are non-settlement items.
To add line items click on "+ Add" at the top right.
Within your Line Items section, you can keep track of any income and expenses within your day. Adding items in either the income or expense fields will also adjust the calculated total.
To access your Accounting Attachments, click on "Attachments" at the top left.
To upload files click on "UPLOAD" at the top right, or simply drag and drop the attachment into the center section.
After uploading your accounting attachments you can find them on the mobile app by tapping on your Attachments section then on Accounting.
Accounting attachments can only be viewed by those with Admin or Accounting permissions. Any users with Manager or Mobile, Set List, and Guest List permissions will NOT be able to view any Accounting attachments.
Export Settlement and Line Items
For both Settlement and Line Items, you can choose to export your info in a CSV file. To do so, click on the export button at the top-right for each section.
Once clicked, you can select your range of dates to export.
Open Your CSV File with Excel in MacOS
Mac: To open and set Excel as your default application for CSV files, right-click on your CSV file and click on "Open With..." then on "Other". Here, you can open your file and choose to set Excel as your default app for CSV files.
After clicking you will be prompted to select your file. Once opened you will find you settlement export to appear as such:

To open your file and set your default app as Excel right-click on your CSV file then on "Open with". After, click on "Choose another app".
Here you can choose to set Excel as your default application for all CSV files.
Once opened, it should appear as such.
