Master Tour allows you to claim your official Venue Record, and once confirmed, you will be the sole updater of your Venue’s details. You can now ensure that every Master Tour user in our system will see your most up to date Venue Details, Contacts, Tech Packs, etc., resulting in much smoother event production.

If you already have a Master Tour account, you can skip this step. If you do not, click here to fill out our simple signup form and our system will walk you through confirming your account.
Claim Your Venue
Login to my.eventric.com. After you have successfully logged in, click on the Venue Directory link at the top of the screen. There you can search for your Venue.
Once you have found your Venue, click on the green “Claim This Venue” button in the left-hand column, just below your Venue’s address. From there, you can choose to verify ownership of the Venue via either email, phone, or by uploading a file to your Venue’s official website.
As soon as our staff has verified your ownership request, you will receive notice that you have been approved, and you can begin updating and maintaining your Venue’s official Master Tour Record.
