Edit Your Users’ Account Types
Master Tour allows you to change your users’ account types and access permissions from directly within the desktop application. If you are hoping to change the account type of a user after you have invited them to join your tour, first click on the name of the Organization that you have added them to.
After you have selected the organization, click on the My Users tab. Here you will see a list of the people that are syncing with this organization. Choose the user that you would like to modify and click on the Edit link to the left of their email. From here, you can change their account type and give them various levels of access to the data that you have been creating for this organization. You also have the ability to change the billing method for their account.
