Master Tour Registration and Installation

Thank you for taking the time to evaluate Master Tour as your tour logistics and collaboration solution. You're just a few steps away from trying out the premiere tour management platform for free! To get started you'll need to register for a Master Tour account.

If you have multiple people on your team, you should each sign up for a unique account. Your Master Tour account serves as your unique identity in the system, whether you entering data from your desktop or simply viewing the schedule on your mobile device.

Register For Your Free Master Tour Account

To sign up for your free Master Tour just go here:  This will start the process of entering your account information and confirming your email address.  After you fill out the form, you'll receive a confirmation email with an activation link. Once you click the link your account has been created and you're ready to go!

You can only sign up as a Professional user when signing up on your own, which allows you to add/edit tour info - if you're wanting your TM to add you to just view tour info on your tour, please ask them to create and add your account to their tour.

Download and Installation 

After you finish registering your Master Tour account, you'll need to log in to  Once you are logged in, you'll see installation links for both OSX and Windows on the right side of the page.  Choose one, and the installation package will begin downloading.  You may need to click "Open" if prompted.  The download may take a few minutes depending on your connection speed.  Once the package has downloaded, the software installation process will begin automatically.

Once the installation is complete, the software will launch and you'll be ready to start using Master Tour!
