Adding Guests/Managing Guest Lists on Mobile

What you'll need to add guests to the Guest List:

- A Mobile (free) or Professional ($49.99/mo) Master Tour account

- Mobile Guest List permissions, assigned by an Admin of your Organization

 

What you'll need to view and manage the entire Guest List:

- A Mobile (free) or Professional ($49.99/mo) Master Tour account

- Mobile Guest List permissions, assigned by an Admin of your Organization

and

- Manager permissions, assigned by an Admin of your Organization

 

Once you have the proper permissions, you can navigate to the Guest List by selecting the desired Tour and Date, then touching the Guest List button:

If you have Manager permissions, you'll be able to see all the guests on the guest list, and make approvals/denials/changes to guest list requests from your mobile app. If you do not have Manager level permissions, you'll only be able to see the guest list requests that you personally have made.

New Guest List Requests can be made by pressing the + icon in the top right corner ("Add New Guest Request" button on Android), then clicking Done ("OK" on Android) to save the change:

Note: Guest List Requests currently cannot be made offline - you must submit them when you are connected to WiFi or a data network.

You can also edit your existing guest list requests by touching them in the list view.

Managers can view and edit all guest list requests for that date by touching them - so you can approve/decline guest list requests on the go, and edit all other aspects of the guest request, including notes, pickup, and pass types.
