Adding Your Notes to a Set List from Eventric.com

Before the show starts,  you may need to add notes regarding songs in your set list. Will you need to add tech notes to songs for production to know? Using the Set List on Eventric.com, you can edit songs and add different notes per songs. Let us look at how editing songs from the Set List can help you.

Eventric.com

Start by logging in to www.eventric.com/master-tour-login. Once there, click on My Tours, then choose the tour and date of the event. You should now see a few different headings; click on the set list heading. Find the song that needs to be edited, then click on the song.

After the song has been clicked, you will be able to edit song information such as the song name, key, BPM, etc. Once you have made your changes, click on the Update Song Data button. Your song edits have now been saved and can be seen in the desktop program (after you run a sync).

Adding tech notes to a song is just as easy. Click the Add Tech Note button, and now select the information to add. You can choose the color of the note, the crew associated, and the note to add. Your note will now be saved, and after syncing in Master tour, the note will be viewable in the set list.

This feature is available to our Professional users as well as Premium Plus users. For those who are currently Premium users and would like to take advantage of the Premium Plus features, please contact your tour manager for more information.
