Part of the responsibility of your organization is to make sure that people traveling with the band and crew will have a place to stay. Knowing where your band and crew will be staying is important, and adding details such as room lists will help people know where exactly they will be staying on a given night. Knowing that this information has been planned out in advance can help members of your team relax while on the road.

After adding hotel reservations, it is now time to create your room lists per hotel. Go to the Room List tab and click Add Person. If you have information already saved for people on your tour, then you'll be able to pull their information from their record. Make sure you have all their information, and click the add button per person for the particular hotel.
Now that you have your room list set up, you can click the Copy Room List Information button, and this will copy your room list information to the clipboard. While you might not be able to paste this information into another day, you can paste this to a text editor to give to someone who needs your room list. You can now send emails containing your hotel room list information or print this list as needed.

What about an option to include Room numbers in the Hotel section of the Day Sheets?
How do you just simply PRINT the room list out in paper form??????????????

It would be great if the rooming list would follow the dates or if you could copy > paste the list from day to day.
Ex: I create a rooming list at 1 hotel from 1/1/11 to 1/3/11 the rooming list would auto fill for all of the nights at the same hotel.
