I'd like to add two users but only for two specific tours. I need them to be able to access all the info available on the mobile phone apps, but don't need them to be able to add or edit any info. Can I do this and if so, what would be the charges. One to

I'd like to add two users but only for two specific tours. I need them to be able to access all the info available on the mobile phone apps, but don't need them to be able to add or edit any info. Can I do this and if so, what would be the charges. One tour is just for Oct, the other Sep thru Dec.

Currently the permissions are assigned at the organization level so in order to have separate permissions, you need to put the tours into individual organizations. By doing this you could assign users "mobile" permission to each organization as needed.
This limitation is due to the security mechanisms of Master Tour and the fact that the "core" venue, contact data is attached to the organization. We're looking into adding some additional permissions to assign artist, or tour level permissions though.
