Hotel Reservations

Hotel information is important to any organization. Whether you are working with a large tour requiring multiple hotels or a smaller band staying at one, knowing where each member of your team is will help you stay on top of your tour. Using Master Tour will allow you to keep track of all this information as well as provide you with specific information on each hotel.

Adding a Hotel

The Hotels tab can be found in the Itinerary section of Master Tour. Adding a hotel reservation is a matter of clicking the Add Hotel Reservation button and finding your hotel(s). While our database is extensive, we may or may not have the locations you are looking for. If we have your hotel(s), then that is less data entry for you. If we do not, you can create a new hotel by clicking the Create New Record button. Once you have entered the hotel information, save it for your own personal use again later.

TIP: Remember to enter a party in the party drop down. If you have multiple hotels, this will help you remember where certain people are, if you have bus drivers staying in one location while the band is staying elsewhere.

Current reports store up to two hotels. Please make note of this when creating your tours. If you do need additional hotel information, please let us know.

For those of you with multiple hotels, did you know you can change the order of the hotels by dragging and dropping? In the Hotels tab, click the name of one hotel to reorder and hold the mouse button. Move the motel to the order you would like it to be in, then release the mouse button.
